Fueled by Our human health care (hhc) Mission

From our headquarters in Nutley, New Jersey to our sites across the country, we’re proud to develop treatments for people affected by cancer and neurological conditions, such as Alzheimer’s disease, in the United States.

With almost 40 years of research, development and manufacturing in the U.S. we are guided by an approach rooted in giving first thought to patients and their families, and to increase the benefits that health care can provide — our human health care (hhc) mission.

Personal Connections, Powerful Impact

Our commitment to patients and families goes beyond medicines. From our top executives to our junior employees, we all spend at least 1% of our total annual working time, which equates to 35,000 hours in the U.S. and 200,000 hours globally, directly interacting with patients, their families and care partners. We call this “The One Percent Difference,” which allows us to deepen our purpose and commitment, sharpen our focus and drive innovation with greater urgency. One percent might sound small, but as it turns out, the impact is profound.
