COLLABORATING. CONNECTING. LISTENING AND LEARNING. THROUGH OUR CONNECTIONS WITH THE COMMUNITY, WE GROW IN OUR KNOWLEDGE AND OUR COMMITMENT.

We collaborate with advocacy organizations, community centers, and each other through events, educational experiences, and our human health care (hhc) mission activities. As a result, we increase our knowledge and test our ingenuity to expand our scope of contributes to people and society. Here are a few examples.

HONORED TO BE A BRAIN HEALTH CHAMPION

Recently, Eisai attended the USAgainstAlzheimer's Brain Health Bash to celebrate advances in medicine and the work being done to end Alzheimer's disease. This is just one of the many advocacy events that we participate in as part of our ongoing effort to support caregivers and patients living with Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative disease.

ADLER APHASIA VISITS EISAI HHCECO CENTER

Eisai has a longstanding relationship with the Adler Aphasia community including a program that provides Eisai volunteers with a chance to connect with members via Zoom through the AACES (Adler Aphasia Center Eisai Socialization) program. The two groups came together at Eisai headquarters where the Adler Aphasia community had a chance to share their stories, showcase their artwork, and enjoy lunch with their friends. One way Eisai connects with the community.

A CIRCLE OF CREATIVITY AND HOPE

We partnered with the Creative Life Foundation, an organization who seeks to help educate talented children in Thailand by breaking the cycle of poverty and exploitation by making resources available for them to stay in school. As a thank you, the organization sent a book filled with beautiful drawings. We were so impressed with this expression of gratitude that we decided to create a coloring book/planning calendar for people living with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and dementia. The coloring book was distributed for free to families and community forums who work with the elderly population and Alzheimer's patients in New York, New Jersey and Virginia. Here's what they had to say:
