At Eisai Inc. (together with its subsidiaries (including, but not limited to H3 Biomedicine Inc.), collectively, the “Company”), we are committed to ensuring the privacy of the personal information we collect, use and disclose about the patients, healthcare providers, employees and other business colleagues with whom we interact. Accordingly, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

For more detailed information about the types of information we collect, use and disclose about California residents specifically, please view our Privacy Policy at That Privacy Policy provides further details regarding (a) the Company’s practices involving personal information and (b) the rights of consumers in California.

As detailed in the Privacy Policy, the Company does not sell personal information to third parties. However, if you are a California resident, you have a right to generally know the information that we may have about you and who we may have generally shared it with. If you are a particular type of consumer – in our case, a patient/caregiver or an HCP, you may also have a right to request disclosure of the types of information we have and, depending on the type of information, you may also have a right to ask that we delete it.

If you would like to make a request to understand what personal information we have on you and/or delete such information, you must fill out the information below or call us toll-free at 1-833-746-2910. We may need to follow up with you to get any additional information necessary to verify your identity and/or respond to your request. If you have authorized a third party to make a request on your behalf, please note that we will need written documentation of such authorization and that additional verification may be required. Please keep in mind that, when you make a request on behalf of another person, it may take longer to process the request because the Company is required by law to confirm you are properly authorized to make the request.
