Eisai's corporate philosophy is based on our human health care (hhc) mission. We believe that in order to truly consider the perspectives of patients and their families, it is important for each employee to first get close to patients and see the situation from their viewpoint in order to learn to empathize with thoughts and feelings that might not necessarily always be expressed in words.
All Eisai employees spend at least 1% of their working hours directly interacting with and learning from patients. We consider the perspectives of patients, their families and the global community in our day-to-day business; develop a response to their needs; verify the social benefits of this response and finally make this response available to the world. Eisai’s hhc mission is core to G2D2's approach.
