Business Development
With responsibility for in-licensing, out-licensing and partnering deals, the business development team has direct impact on the future trajectory of Eisai. Corporate Affairs
Corporate Affairs connects Eisai with the healthcare community to drive the assurance that patient access to healthcare solutions and medical innovation is valued and advanced. We tell our story through the communications, government relations, public affairs, and patient/community advocacy relations functions. The team utilizes a collaborative approach to execute patient-focused strategies working alongside a variety of provider, payer, policy, and patient organizations. We also lead the company’s human health care (hhc) mission initiatives, manage external media relations, develop the company’s public relations strategies including brands, and oversee the corporate website and social media. Internally, we seek to engage, educate and enhance employees’ understanding of the company’s goals, strategies, and brands.
Established Products
Our team manages mature brands with peri or post loss of exclusivity (LOE) lifecycle strategies in both developed and emerging markets. This role combines strategic, analytical and core brand marketing skills across a wide range of therapeutic areas with the goal of increasing patient access around the world. Qualified professionals will be able to work in close coordination and collaboration with key functional leaders, as well as have significant exposure to senior leadership.
Finance
Financial professionals at Eisai work at varying levels of responsibility to ensure the fiscal health of our company. We strive to maintain a strong balance sheet that maximizes shareholder value, while allowing for continued investment in the people, products and processes that make us successful. Legal
A robust in-house legal practice is essential to effective operations here at Eisai. We look for experienced legal and paralegal professionals to work in a diversity of areas including compliance, regulation, patents, pricing, contracting, clinical trials, transactions, and corporate law. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sector(s) is strongly preferred.
Market Access
Eisai’s market access group is comprised of a diverse group of pharmaceutical professionals dedicated to ensuring patient access to our medicines. The group’s functions include health outcomes and economics research, strategic pricing and contracting, reimbursement services, GPO management, trade and supply relations, and payer management.
Product Safety
Our product safety group is responsible for processing and analyzing safety information for pharmaceutical products throughout their life cycle. Accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the benefits/risks of our products is essential to Eisai’s human health care (hhc) mission. Product safety hires individuals with previous experience in pre- and post-marketing adverse event case processing, periodic reports and/or the analysis of clinical safety data.
Training & Development
Our goal is to develop and deliver training that enables superior clinical acumen, exceptional customer interactions, and the achievement of strategic brand imperatives.
